What we collect

If you join the waitlist: your email address, the time you submitted it, and your IP for spam protection.

If you write to us: the content of your message and the address you wrote from.

We do not use third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or behavioral cookies. The site sets no cookies in v1.

Why we hold it

Waitlist email — to notify you once when Away Fast opens (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, your consent).
Correspondence — to reply (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest).

We do not send marketing emails before launch. The only message you will receive is the launch signal.

How long

Waitlist entries are kept until launch and then deleted within 90 days, or earlier if you unsubscribe. Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the matter.

Who sees it

NIHILI PSA staff under confidentiality. Infrastructure providers (email sending, hosting) acting as processors under written agreements. No sale, no sharing for advertising.

Where it lives

Within the European Economic Area. If a processor transfers data outside the EEA, it is covered by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may access, correct, delete, restrict, object, port, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, write to mail@nihili.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, uodo.gov.pl).

Changes

If this policy materially changes, we will update the date at the top and, where required, notify you directly.
